Jessica Rogers' Law Bill Signing

4/20/2012 - Senator Linda R. Greenstein (D-Middlesex/Mercer) talks with Jessica Rogers, the namesake for Jessica Rogers, which Governor Chris Christie signed into law today. Jessica is the victim of a 2005 road rage crash that left her paralyzed from the chest down. The legislation, S-1468, upgrades the assault by auto statute to either a third or fourth degree offense when someone is driving in an aggressive manner.
